Every month, the Stafford Railway Circle's internal house magazine "Linesider" publishes an account of travel on trains hauled by steam locomotives penned by David Hughes. These accounts include photographs that illustrate the journeys. At present, the magazine is available only to members of the SRC.

On this page, we can allow a wider audience to see the photographs. Here, we publish them in colour (they are in monochrome in 'Linesider') and include more pictures than can be published in the magazine.
