Visit to the club of the Stone Industrial Group
Tuesday 10th December
Once again members of Stafford Railway Circle will welcome the Stone Industrial Group to the clubrooms on Tuesday 10th December from 19:30 onwards.
This year will see the newly formed Stafford Railway Circle Modular Group put on a display of some of their modules built over the last 12 months.
The idea of the Modular Group is that individual members can build a small layout board at home or at their regular Monday night meetings.
The modules are so designed in that they can be placed together in any order for display at exhibitions etc as you will see on your visit to the clubroom.
Please feel free to ask questions of the group, it may be your way of an introduction to railway modelling if space to erect a layout at home is not possible.
Once again our clubroom layout Stackton Trestle will be operational together with a small 00 layout Chebstone with operating DCC sound fitted locomotives.
As in previous years Tea & Coffee with mince pies will be on offer.
