The Pipe Works

This Cameo layout portrays part of an extensive pipe works, 20 of which were situated in the South Derbyshire Area. A mixture of works owned and BR types are illustrated, but in South Derbyshire only two works owned their own standard gauge locomotives, and at the other works shunting was carried out by the railway companies.
