Margaret Street is an imaginary layout set in the West Midlands, built during the dark days of COVID.
The time period was at the end of steam and the introduction of green diesels in the mid 1960s
The location still has one of the two sheds that had served Margaret St since the turn of the century, the second shed being replaced by a small area for diesel refuelling.
The parcel depot is still hanging on due to a large mail order catalogue company in the area.
The layout is dcc operated all with sound locomotives and in day time or night time with its lighting options.
