The Amerton Railway

Today we have some photos from Dave Hughes taken at the Amerton Railway in September 2020.

Over to Dave:

An afternoon drop in at the Amerton Railway on Sunday 20th September 2020 found a visiting locomotive in service that weekend. The loco was an Andrew Barclay of 1925, formerly from the Edinburgh Gas Works railway. It was visiting from its home railway of the Leighton Buzzard Railway. It was amazing to see the loco run on to the low loader under its own steam. Splendid little railway.
